By creating an account or using Gamertaggd, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and what happens on it. You must be at least 13 years old. One person per account; don't impersonate others or misrepresent who you are.

Your content

You own the reviews, lists, and profile content you create. By posting, you grant Gamertaggd a license to display that content inside the service (that's what makes profiles, feeds, and shared lists work). You can delete your content, or your whole account, at any time.

Objectionable content is not tolerated

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on Gamertaggd. That includes harassment, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit material, spam, and impersonation — in reviews, list names or descriptions, gamertags, display names, and avatars. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this, without prior notice. Report anything that crosses the line to babyrico.dev@gmail.com, and we'll act on legitimate reports within 24 hours.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Don't scrape, spam, or overload the service.
• Don't use Gamertaggd for anything unlawful.

Gamertaggd Pro subscriptions

Gamertaggd Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store: Gamertaggd Pro Annual, billed yearly, available in the United States. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy. App Store purchases are also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, it ends when its period is over, and any unused part of it is forfeited if you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Deleting your Gamertaggd account doesn't cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• If your subscription ends, your games, ratings, lists and saved Pro data are kept; Pro calculations pause until you subscribe again.

AI features

Some features use AI from third-party providers:

• Forged lists (Gamertaggd Pro) send the description you type, the games that match it and your own ratings and play status for games you own to Anthropic's Claude, which picks the games and writes a short reason for each. Your name, email, gamertag and Steam ID aren't sent.
• Moderation sends reviews, list text and profile pictures to OpenAI's moderation model when you save them, to catch content that breaks these terms. Content it flags may be refused or held for review by a person.

AI can be wrong. Picks and reasons are suggestions, not facts about a game; check the game page before you buy. Don't put personal information in a forged list's description. Our providers process this data to deliver the feature and don't use it to train their models. The Privacy Policy has the details.

The service

Gamertaggd is provided as-is, without warranties. Game data comes from third-party sources (IGDB, Steam) and prices from IsThereAnyDeal; both may be wrong or out of date, so check the store before you buy. Character text and images come from Fandom community wikis under CC BY-SA, credited on each character screen. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Gamertaggd.

Gamertaggd isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Valve, Apple, Twitch, Fandom, or any game studio or publisher. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Game titles, cover art and characters belong to their owners.

Copyright

If you believe something on Gamertaggd infringes your copyright, email babyrico.dev@gmail.com with the content's location and your claim, and we'll remove it promptly if it does.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above when we do. Using Gamertaggd after a change means you accept the new terms.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
